The hat seems somewhat...out of place in this scene. Time traveler? Fell though a dimensional portal perhaps?
I believe this is the poster from an unreleased post-apocalyptic film ("3000 AD", or "America 3000"?), thus the gamma-world-style mix of elements.
Pretty cool, but I have to agree with Daniel: Robert Redford in a top hat is a little jarring.Still, can there be a "bad" Frazetta?

Al, it looks like it did come out at some point--at least on VHS. It looks insane in a B-movie-Saturday-matinee-sort-of way.BTW, the actual cover for the videocassette is an abomination. Why on Earth wouldn't they go with Frazetta's?!
